經過了一整晚的長號打呼交響樂

疲累的我仍然得早起並與三立記者開始接下來另一天的緊湊行程

吃完飯店美味的Home made早餐後

攝影記者便利用我們等待三蘇能源學院的接待者來前的時間在飯店外拍

我們首先到位於BrundyBallen兩城鎮間的一座稻草熱能場訪問

它其實只是一個一般工廠大小的能源場

但是他因燃燒稻草(大象食用草) 所產生的熱能卻超過足以提供這兩城鎮所有居民所需的暖氣及熱水

之後我們便到三蘇能源學院採訪院長-Søren Hermansen先生

當我們抵達時﹐他正在給予一團參訪者做簡介(但由於是丹麥文﹐而我的丹麥文能力尚未到達可以完全了解這種專業知識的程度)

結束後他終於有空接受三立記者的訪問(同時還有一位荷蘭記者也來採訪)

接下來下午所有的行程就由能源學院的員工

Anne開車帶我們到所有當地受訪者家及外拍的工作

我自己從訪談中真的學到好多新的知識

而且很多都是我以前未知而令我驚奇的事物(細節便不在此介紹)

等到一天所有行程結束回到飯店已是5點左右

由於早餐過後就未再進食過

所以肚子也餓了

但因離晚餐時間還有一個半小時

於是我們便坐在飯店前的院子享受著啤酒及溫和的陽光等待晚餐的時間

這家飯店並沒有真正的菜單 (home made dinner)

服務生在客人告訴他們的想法後(如何種肉類和蔬菜等)

便會介紹今日店內所有與客人要求相近的菜色

老實說

他們的前湯真的是太美味了

服務生告訴我們這是當地特別的食譜

在別的地方是喝不到的

接著我們今晚的主菜是牛肉加馬鈴薯(當然是三蘇島上著名的馬鈴薯嘍)

真的很特別

因為他們的牛肉同時佐以草莓醬和鹹醬(第一次看到)

一開始我還不相信草莓醬是用來吃牛肉的

但問了服務生﹐他就是這麼說的

我嘗試了後

告訴你﹐它真的非常好吃

加上一瓶三蘇特有啤酒

我們的肚子都撐了

原本在點菜時還想點飯後甜點的

但是服務生卻說飯後如果不夠再考慮

我想他對觀光客應該已經很有經驗了吧!

或許是接連著累兩天

所以雖然我們那位擅長演奏夜間長號交響樂的打呼聲仍然不減功力

但我最後倒是給它睡著了﹐開心!

 

After the sleepless night, I still need to start the tight schedule with the Taiwanese journalist for the day. After eating the delicious hotel home made breakfast, we started our day. While we were waiting for the person to pick us up, the camera man was taking some shot outside of the hotel. We first arrived the Straw-heating between Brundby and Ballen. It is not that big but just like an regular factory size. However, it can produces the energy from burning elephant grass and provides enerfy for all the households need for heating and hot water of these two towns. Besides, it actually produces more than that and can have extra energy to sell to Danish government. We went to Samsø Energy Academy and interviewed the Director, Mr. Søren Hermansen. When we just arrived, he was doing a presentation for a group. (The whole presentation was in Danish and my Danish level actually is not good enought for such professional knowledge). After the presentation, he finally had time for the interview. (There was another Dutch journalist came for interview as well). After that, Mrs. Anne, an employee of the Academy was driving us around the island to other interviewees for the rest of the day. I have learnt a lot new knowledge about renewable energy and Samsø from the interviews. All of them are new and I have never had idea about them before. It was really surprising and interesting. (I am not going to introduce the details here). After all the interviews, we were back to the hotel and we were hungry already since we had nothing after the breakfast. However, it was only about 17:00 and the dinner is 18:30. So we just sat in the front yard of the hotel and enjoyed the Samsø beer and the great warming sunshine while we were waiting for the dinner. The hotel has no menu (all the food are home made) and customers just need to tell the waiter what they would like to eat, such as what kind of meat and vegetables. After that, the watier will just introduce the menu which match and close to what the customer want for the day. To be honest, I wasn't expect something special but the soup was so delicious and I love it so much. They told us that the soup is a special recipe and people cannot get that in any other places than Samsø. Following the main dish after the soup, we got beef and Potatoes (of course the famous Samsø potatoes). It is really a speical dish because the beef should eating with strawberry jam and brown source. I was a bit doubting wheather the strawberry jam is going with beef since it was my first time saw this combination. The waiter told me that is right after I asked him and I tried it of course. Seriously, it tasted really good. Eating the great beef, Potatoes and the special Samsø beer as our dinner was great. We were so full after the main dish. At beginning, we were going to order a desert, but the waiter told us that we can consider that after we have main dish. He was right because we couldn't take anymore after the main dish and I guess he has experienced this enough from many tourists. Maybe I was way too tired after two full tight schedule days, therefore, I felt sleep even though the j
