上週六在丹麥的研究所同學依傳統一起舉辦了2019 的年度聖誕趴
去年的聖誕趴菜色主題成功
今年我們延續
但主題中的一個要求是每位/每個家庭需要依被指定的聖誕相關顏色（紅，綠，金黃，白）準備兩道菜色
Danielson 的顏色是紅色
原本想做些熱食
但今年趴踢在同學家
所以最後選擇做兩道自己做過的韓式料理-泡菜和韓式辣醬魷魚絲
泡菜再度成功
受大家喜愛
雖然過了15 年
我們這幾位留在丹麥的同學們依然延續感情緣分
年年在歲末年終相聚談笑風生
感謝有機會到丹麥唸書
結識了這幾位好友
在異鄉有幾位真誠好友是值得慶幸的

Another successful Julefrokost with graduate school classmates in 2019 last Saturday. The theme for this year was each couple prepared 2 dishes with assigned color related to Christmas (red/green/gold/white).
After 15 years, we are still able to continue our friendship and meet up for Christmas dinner every year, and that is really a blessing for Danielson. Happy holiday season and looking forward to the even better year of 2020.
